Shipping & Returns
No minimum order required (except for WORLD orders) – only buy what you need! Our Shopping Cart will automatically calculate postage costs when you checkout.
Shipping
After we received payment it usually takes us no longer than 3 days before your order gets shipped. If you order from oversea you can choose between standard and priority shipping. International shipping usually takes 4/5 days in Europe and 4/6 weeks by standard shipping to the USA / rest of the world. Priority shipping usually takes 5/7 days. Due to extremely high shipping rates overseas, all WORLD orders need to be at least TWO items.
Custom & tax charges
International customers will be responsible for all customs, duties and tax charges, which may vary from country to country. Crucial Response has no control over these charges and they are not included in our Product or Shipping and Handling fees.
